For Mother's Day I was given a horse. Just what I always wanted!
When I was younger I didn't imagine a night like we had. 1. Living in Richfield 2. Ride out to my sister's house on our 4 wheelers (who lives 1 mile outside of Richfield & who married the paperboy). 3. Plant a garden in our communal family plot. 4. Ride the 4-wheelers another mile out to our cousins to ride our ("my") new horse.
The parts that are interesting to me are living in Richfield, 4-wheelers, garden, Becky living in Richfield, sharing a garden, and owning a horse. Okay so all of it is a little weird. That's okay, because even though my life is far from what I thought it would be, and our kids are into all sorts of things that weren't on my radar...I wouldn't trade my life (being a mom) for anything in the world. And besides I actually like it...

It is funny to me that you could not have pictured this life for you...but it comes as no suprise to me. I actually always predicted that ALL you girls would end up either in Richfield or very close to Richfield. It just seems to make sense- probably the same reason why I could never see myself outside of California! I am so excited you got a horse! Congrats!
You are funny. I still think I will stay away from Richfield atleast for now. I'm not ready to leave being 5 min away from jack in the box and walmart. But I know Paul wants to come back and George would be fine with it. And Congrats on getting your first horse. I'm sure you will be out riding it everyday!
