Zucchini
Today's activities included zucchini, zucchini, zucchini. I made 10 batches of zucchini bread, a casserole and a double batch of mock apple crisp. It seemed like I was in the kitchen all day. But it sure is yummy!!! The kids were a big help. They peeled and grated the zucchini and they also snapped the green beans among other things.
