Today, Luke turned 8. We are so happy to have Luke in our family. He is passionate about so many things. Here's a little bit about our Luke...
- Luke loves Star Wars! He currently owns 16 light sabers.
- Luke is really good at Karate and excels at flying and spinning jump kicks to the chests of his unsuspecting siblings. We'll leave that one at that.
- Luke loves hot dogs. If he could eat them everyday he would.
- Luke likes writing stories. He's always thinking of things to put in his latest stories.
- Luke likes to sketch drawings of warriors, dragons, knights, swords....
- Luke likes reading about the ancient Greek myths. He also likes reading about knights and castles.
- Luke's favorite books are The Story of the World books that teach children the history of the world in a story form.
- His favorite movies beyond Star Wars are Lord of the Rings. He thinks that Legolas is amazingly cool!!!
- Luke is pretty good with a bow himself. Maybe not as good as Legolas but he likes to pretend that he is Legolas.
Luke is excited to be 8. He will be baptized next Saturday, if you are in the neighborhood you are invited. We love you Luke!
