Our puppy had puppies! We knew she was pregnant, but since she was only 8 months old we didn't know if any would live or if there would be that many. However, she surprised us with 8 little ones about two weeks earlier than we thought. Puppies and mom seem to be doing great. Lucy, our puppy, isn't really sure what to think of the whole thing though!

We had a puppy surprise last year. They are so adorable and fun to watch grow up. The boys LOVED it. The hard part was finding them good homes. We had great success with Craigs list and having the people come to our house for a pre-adoption interview. We even have a few families that send us updates on the puppies and photos. It was a grand experience...but not one I'd want to do again.
