A Mighty Kingdom by Luke Sutter

Luke loves to write stories. He maintains that when he grows up he is going to be an author and a pilot. So for Christmas we got him and empty book that he could write a story in and color pictures to go along with it. Anyway he worked frantically and the day after Christmas he finished it. It's his most prized pocession. Some of you may of read it. Anyway, I typed it out for all of our distant friends and family could read it to. Above he is of course proudly displaying his book. It's kind of graphic so I hope you won't be offended. Some parts don't have anything to do with anything. He is only 7. Here's his story...

Long ago there was a brave and mighty kingdom. A brave king led the way.
The kings name was Legolas. Christmas was here. The six fingered man was bad
and evil. I went riding with my friend. We had a good time. A wild animal
attacked everyone. The king made his knights kill the animal.
King Sea Leopard was King Legolas' enemy. King Sea Leopard was bloody.
A spy snuck in the gates. One dark and foggy day. It was always light. It was
dark. Look mommy the sun came up. A girl met the king. King Sea Leopard had
a son. King Legolas became friends. They conquered many wars. King Sea
Leopard's son grew up. King Sea Leopard's son was a king. He was a mighty
king.

That is a good story. Some parts of the story remind myself of Joe and I, nice and random. Good job Luke!

That's a great story, Luke! I used to write stories too, but I think yours are going to be better.
