On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday we were able to hit the road to Boise. Alex had his yearly "Day on the Hill" for his industry. He meet with over 25 legislators and learned more about our current issues. He also meet with several other Republican Party leaders. It seems like he's always going to the capital.

On Friday Alex had Lasix surgery done to his eyes. He's wanted it for years and we've just put it off. We were able to work it out this weekend though. While he was crashed in bed after surgery, my sister Emily and I went to the YMCA with the kids. She also hosted a yummy dinner that my other siblings and their families came too. It was fun to hang out with my three Boise siblings. Thanks Emily for hosting us!
