But I'll have you all know that Olivia can loom with the best of them, she is knitting a scarf right now, and she's almost finished with a strip quilt. I'm still passing on those skills. But most of it is natural. (okay, I didn't teach her how to knit or loom, she just finding these things out somehow). But check out her craftiness with this good looking pie.....

Really, there is hope!
I know a lot of my friends worry that Olivia will have have no crafty skills with a mother like me. Sure I bake all the time (homemade whole wheat rolls tonight with dinner for example). And I really can sew, quilt and paint. I know all of those 'required' provident living skills-And I've passed them all on baby! But only do them when I have to because I don't like 'craftin" at all! I'd rather be reading or learning something new. My mission in life is not to make things look pretty. Because I DON'T CARE. Someone else can do it for me.
