Caleb's Special Day

Caleb had a very special day today. He was able to be baptized by his dad and be confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Caleb had an evening baptism and was the only child being baptized in our ward this month and so he was able to pick the program out.

He was able to hear our home teacher and his primary teacher give talks on Baptism and the Holy Ghost and bear their testimonies. He also bore his testimony after he was confirmed. He is excited to know that he now has the Holy Ghost as his constant companion, friend and comforter. He looks forward to participating in Cub Scouts and working on his Duty to God.

As a mom I thought it was a great day because we had nothing going on all day. We were able to stay home and prepare all day for the great service. It was a very peaceful and nice day.

It exciting to know that all of our family are now members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
