Meeting our Pen Pals

We had a great time meeting our pen pals! I was just as excited to meet my pen pal Heather as the kids were. We hadn't planned on meeting them for a long time, but they ended up in Idaho visiting family and so we were able to meet up with them. We went to the zoo, ate lunch at Tacano's for Caleb's birthday and played at a water park. We played long and hard for most of the day. We were very hot and our pictures reflect that. It was a fun day and we are better people now for meeting our new friends.
